OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Who we are
This website belongs to Teek & Napili Photography and Styling, also known as Red Door Studio, at A Street & 4th in Ashland, Oregon. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through the site and what we do with it. Last updated: October 4, 2026.
What we collect
Contact form. If you use the form on our Contact page, we receive the name, email address, and message you type in.
Email and phone. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up with you.
Booking calls. Our “Book a Free Call” buttons take you to Calendly, a separate scheduling service. Anything you enter there is collected by Calendly under its own privacy policy, and we receive the booking details, such as your name, email address, and the time you chose.
Basic technical data. Like most websites, our web host may record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. It is used to keep the site secure and running, not to track you.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors found us, the type of device and browser they use, and the general area (city or region) a visit comes from. This information is collected with cookies and similar technologies and is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and show us which pages are popular. We use this to improve the site and to see which of our services people look for. If you would rather not be counted, you can install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on or block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work. We do not use advertising or social-media tracking pixels on this site. The site may also set small cookies that are needed for it to work, such as for security. We do not offer user accounts or public comments. If we add other analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this page first.
Fonts and other websites
To display the site’s typefaces, your browser may load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google can see your IP address when the fonts load. Links from this site to Calendly, Instagram, and Facebook take you to those companies’ websites, which have their own privacy practices.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to your message, talk through and plan a session, and run our business, for example scheduling and record-keeping. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We only share information with the services that help us run this site and our business, and only as needed: our website host (StyleCloud); our email provider and email-security filter (Microsoft 365, through GoDaddy); Brevo, an email-delivery service that sends your contact-form message to us; Calendly for bookings; and Google, which provides Google Analytics. Google handles analytics data under its own policies. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and booking details for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet business, tax, or legal needs. Analytics data is kept for a limited time, no more than 14 months. If you would like us to delete your information, just ask and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at teek@teeksharma.com.
Children
This website is intended for adults. If you are a parent or guardian contacting us about a session for a minor, we are happy to talk with you directly.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, but no website or email system is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
